Whizz the flour, sugar, butter and salt together in the food processor to make a soft dough.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll out on a floured surface to a depth of about 5mm. Cut into biscuits using a star shape biscuit cutter, and transfer to a lined baking sheeting using a palette knife.
Bake fo 12-15 mins until a pale golden colour. Leave to cool on the baking sheets
While they are cooling, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Dip the cooled biscuits in the melted chocolate and leave to set on greaseproof paper
